Journey into Mindfulness

Dr Patrizia Collard  is a senior lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University of East London.  In addition she works as a coach, therapist, and counsellor; teaching and using  cognitive behaviour therapy.

Journey into mindfulness: Gentle ways to let go of stress and live in the moment by Patrizia Collard is a simple introduction of the principles of mindfulness, a cognitive way to live in the moment through meditation, walking exercises, breathing techniques, etc.  The book is generously illustrated and it seeks to demonstrate ways to combat stress, anxiety, fear, and procrastination.

So what is Mindfulness?
